Terms and Conditions for Online Mentoring with The Content Call

Welcome to The Content Call! We offer specialised mentoring sessions in video editing, business software, and troubleshooting to enhance your skills and knowledge. Please note, our services are educational and designed to guide you, rather than perform tasks such as editing or filming on your behalf. By engaging in our mentoring services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
You are allowed to bring 1 other staff member from your company into the calls. If you are found to be bringing any outside party, your membership or package can be cancelled without notice.

NOTE: We can refuse access to the calls if you are currently active with an training organisations, coaching, or business mentorship courses. Any refusal will be refunded 100% in full.
Session Purchases
Single Session: This option provides a one-time, 1-hour mentoring session. All purchases of single sessions are final and non-refundable.
10 Pack Sessions: This package offers ten 1-hour mentoring sessions. Sessions from the 10 Pack are intended to be used at a rate of one per week unless a different schedule is agreed upon beforehand. The 10 Pack is non-refundable; however, it is transferable to another individual, subject to prior approval from The Content Call.
Session Scheduling and Usage
Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule, provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Without such notice, the session may be forfeited.Sessions must be utilised within 6 months from the purchase date. Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Session Extension
You may request to extend a session beyond the scheduled time if there are no subsequent bookings. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Recording and Confidentiality
Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You will receive a copy of the recording for your personal use.Your session recordings are confidential. The Content Call commits to not sharing these recordings with any third parties without your explicit consent.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including session recordings, provided by The Content Call remain our property. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any materials or information you provide during sessions remain your property. You grant The Content Call a non-exclusive, limited right to use such materials solely for the purpose of delivering our mentoring services to you. Your recordings will not be made public unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties.
Limitation of Liability
The mentoring services of The Content Call are offered "as is" with no warranties, express or implied. Outcomes from the mentoring sessions are not guaranteed.
The Content Call shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services, regardless of prior advisement of such damage possibilities.
